"Studio"  as written below includes the studio owners and its representatives acting with permission on their behalf. 

 Signature: We’re proud of our work and treat each image as a true piece of artwork, hence, all prints will be signed. We cannot be responsible for where the signature falls.

 Deposit: We request 50% of the total order to start production. The balance is due, and pick-up of the order must be within 30 days of notification that the order is ready. 

 Late Fees:  After 30 days, a $30 per month storage fee will be added to the balance unless a Payment Plan is agreed to by Studio. Delinquent orders after 90 days will be turned over to collections. You are responsible for our collection expenses and all legal fees.

   Digital file policy:  Our reputation, our commitment to you, and frankly, our livelihood, comes from delivering the finest quality portrait images possible.  We attempt to keep archived versions of the images purchased for at least 3 years. We realize many of you want to show off your portraits, so we make complimentary WebFiles available upon request on purchased wall-size prints.  WebFiles are digital files formatted for social media posting and will contain the studio logo or copyright.  These are not printable-sized files.  

 Copyright:  By federal law (Copyright Act of 1976), you may not copy or scan images without the consent of the Studio. We do not release the right to copy if the studio can produce the requested product. The Studio has the right to refuse the use of our images, or, charge appropriate fees for the requested uses.  If infringement occurs, you &/or your representatives, are responsible for all losses to the Studio and legal fees to satisfy the claim.

Studio reserves the right to change policies at its discretion.
